For two days we were guests at the eps ARENA SUMMIT with our booth. At the big industry meeting of stadium operators and organizers, the first day started with very good conversations in the Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt. At the evening get-together, it was possible to talk about the latest trends or the start-up challenges after Corona in a relaxed atmosphere.
The second day continued with the expert talk, moderated by Sabine Funk from our partner IBIT. The topic was the "Last Mile or the long way to Event". Together with Yvonne Mahling and Michael Brill stands Rainer Schueler on stage and discussed this important topic.
All in all, a well-rounded event. We are looking forward to next year!
We are pleased to return to the premises where the symposium has already been successfully held once before: to the Rheinenergie Stadium in Cologne!
We are sure that it will be a great return: with more than twice as much space as in 2016/17, with more participants, more exhibitors and above all: with a lot more fun! Under the motto: KNOWLEDGE. NETWORK. RESPONSIBILITY. we will bring together what belongs together: the exchange on relevant issues of crowd safety in different contexts, the discussion and interaction with great seriousness and great fun, and the responsibility that drives all participants to give your best for the safety of people(crowds).
Of course, we also do our best: in the compilation of the contents, the equipment of the premises, the service and the organization - but above all in our own responsibility with regard to the resource consumption of the symposium. The
#ibitft22 has set itself the firm goal of becoming climate-positive.
Venue Planner also in 2022 with its own stand
Also this year we from Venue Planner will be there with our own booth. Feel free to contact us - even in advance, so that we can make arrangements for the symposium.
After two years of pandemic, the industry faces packed calendars - and a huge mountain of challenges. Staff and material shortages will put us all to the test this summer.
The symposium is intended to provide a platform for both discussing the findings from the summer and exchanging experiences, as well as rewarding oneself for overcoming these challenges. Therefore, in addition to the usual extensive conference program, there will be even more space for exchange, an even bigger conference party, even more social program
In order to show the benefits of Venue Planner as quickly as possible and with the most features, we have created the movie "Venue Planner in one minute". Here you can see for yourselves what Venue Planner has to offer:
In English:
And we also had the short introduction translated into Spanish:
After the company Stölting Service Group GmbH with the Event Security division in the new season. Fortuna Dusseldorf at their home games, Stölting and the VP Venue Planner Ltd. also agreed on a cooperation this week. Since Fortuna Düsseldorf and Venue Planner have been working together intensively for several years, the new partnership was already "almost a logical step for planning resources", - said Rainer Schueler, founder of Venue Planner.
Also Sven Mühlenbeck, Director of Organization and Match Operations at Fortuna Düsseldorf, sees this as a positive further development: "We have been in consultation with Venue Planner since the very beginning and bring our ideas from practice into the software solution. So it is a right step that our new service provider cooperates with our partner in terms of planning - this creates synergies."
Björn Masuhr, Stölting Eventsecurity & Service GmbH is looking forward to the cooperation: "We are looking forward to the new season and the cooperation with Fortuna Düsseldorf and with Venue Planner.
The Venue Planner software can also be used for other events within the Stölting Group. For example, it is planned that it will be used for the large concerts at the Munich trade fair grounds. This year, Helene Fischer and Robbie Williams, among others, will perform there in front of more than 100,000 spectators.
