SV Wehen Wiesbaden has secured the services of Venue Planner until the end of the 2024/25 season. For the next 20 months or so, the promoted second division club's home matches will be planned digitally.
"Intelligent software solutions and their use offer important improvements, especially when planning major events. Thanks to the cooperation with Venue Planner, our home matches and other events in the BRITA Arena can be planned much more easily and transparently than was previously the case," says SVWW Managing Director Paul Specht.
"With this new solution, we want to create a transparent interface for our partners and service providers. It will help us to meet our own requirements and the demands of match operations in the Bundesliga," adds Lucian Nawrath, Head of Stadium, Security & Operations at BRITA Arena.
Venue Planner offers event planners a digital solution for planning and organizing events. The web-based software allows users to organize events with the help of a user-friendly interface. Venue, personnel and materials can be added to the tool, managed and adapted to the current needs of the planning team using drag-and-drop. The application digitally maps every step of the process, allowing everyone involved to be informed about the project status in real time.
